Putting an end to Daylight Saving Time will help with saving energy bills during the Winter months, by expanding daylight hours as well as putting an end to the those who are having to readjust to the time changes twice a year.
Currently, people who live in time changing zones use more energy after sundown. When those locations turn back their clocks, the sun goes down an hour earlier, which causes more use of electricity.
Besides the FACT, that the constant time changes is redundant. Keeping the time remain the same throughout the year (as the summer DST) will make life easier, help save money, depression, and energy use.
