Stop the time bi-yearly time adjustments. The reasoning for their creation is out of date. Studies have shown the process to be unproductive and costly, not the cost saver it was originally intended for. General public considers the process disruptive and a general nuisance. Follow Arizona and Hawaii's lead and end the practice nationally.
