Petition the Government to finally end the concept of "Daylight Savings Time" by moving all clocks forward 30 minutes ONE TIME and then leaving them alone! This would equal out the time difference between summer and winter, eliminate the confusion immediately after the current changes take place, create continuity in industry and education (thereby improving the economy), and generally eliminate one common complaint around the country.
Simple concept, simple to accomplish.
