Stop DCF and Judges from keeping our Children without a full investigation and placing them in Foster care homes.

My grandson was 7 years old when DCF took him from his father in California. My son was arrested for child abuse but there were no findings and case was dismissed, but DCF did not returned his son. They kept him in a Foster Home and did not call Madeline who is his only grandmother and who wanted him. My son had to move back to Texas from where they moved from to live in California. It's been since December 2012 that California has my grandson. my ICPC was accepted in Florida and California, but the Judge denied it. My son has complied with everything that the Judge has ordered. Today was a permanency hearing to let my grandson come for Christmas and the Judge denied it. This is personal. My grandson thinks we have abandoned him. I love my grandson who is my youngest.
