I as a Disabled Veteran, wish to tell this story. My primary care nurse called me after I requested that my morphine prescription be refilled and said. the Dr. has decided because of the DEA to stop your narcotic pain killers.I asked what was I to do I would run out within seven days. The Nurse said if u R in pain go to argent care. How can they take pain killers from a veteran who has taken codeine for 14 years to just stop? This is going to kill off a bunch of Veterans as we, they will not be able to deal with the pain. I'm hoping that other veterans will see the need for this.
