As everyone knows the United States have Not forbidden the death Penalty. But why? This Act against Human rights is Not effektive. I mean if you are about to kill someone, do you think about the consequences? No! You dont. The Most crimes like stabbing someone to Death are not planned. If its Not effective why should we do it anymore. There Even somepeople who dont have done anything, but they got killed Too. So stop the government Doing this. You cant stop a Person killing someone, by killing himself. If you do this you are Not better than this person.
