Stop the death penalty immediately based on unjust cause.

In America, many, many, people are sentenced to death on a regular basis. The death penalty is cruel and unusual punishment as it is used for clearing space in prison as it is a punishment. The death penalty is the MOST cruel and unusual punishment brought by our justice system as most who commit the crimes who get the death penalty did not or would not understand the severity of their crimes even though normal clear thinking people would. Just because the death role inmates did what they did, they just as anyone else, do not deserve to die, we as the people can't judge or condemn another person to die based on what we believe, that is the worst and most heinous action second to murder itself. The death penalty isn't humane, think of what the inmate goes through before they are "punished".
