Drop the five decade embargo on Cuba allowing trade and travel between the two countries.
While the embargo was put into action for very good reasons, the Soviet Union hasn't been a threat for a very long time and history has proven former foes can become friends. The benefits to the US would be substantial, tax revenue would increase from tourism as well as imported goods such as cigars. Families torn apart by some escaping to US for a better life would be reunited with loved ones, and a neighboring country could see vast improvements in the quality of life from tourism and import dollars.
