Please put a stop to the false advertisements of some companies practices that display a "Job For Hire" or similar signs to generate foot traffic in their businesses when in fact there are no current jobs available at said establishment.
This method is used to coerce otherwise uninterested parties of job seekers and their families into spending time and money in their establishments, instead of applying to genuine available advertised jobs. This underhanded practice is a significant burden to those who are looking for work.
Please enact fines on companies who are actively deceiving job seekers.
