The number of signatures on a WhiteHouse.gov petition continually decreases. When a petition surpasses 99,000 signatures, it may decrease to 98,000 or even 97,000 signatures after a few hours. This is an unfair disadvantage to thousands of Americans who want to see a petition fully signed before its due date, thus preventing actual political change. This needs to stop.
