It is too early in our relationship with the new Egyptian government. We, American people, are still unclear if President Mohamed Morsi is an ally of the United State of America. The foreign aid deal that allows this "gift" was signed over two years ago, when a more friendly Egyptian government was in power. Too many things have changed since the signing of this policy.
Please, do not allow the United States of America to arm an unstable government.
