Mr. President we are asking you to stop DHS from purchasing 1.6 billion bullets. The DHS at the very most only uses 15.5 million bullets a year across there 70,000 personal. At this rate the DHS would be purchasing 106 years worth of bullets (to save money). We deeply feel that this is a careless waste of taxes payers money, and do to the current state of this nations debt this is completely unacceptable.
