Stop the Department of Homeland Security from instituting a system to track the location of cars via license plates

Created by A.B. on February 19, 2014

Allowing the Department of Homeland Security--or indeed any Government Agency--to track the movements of citizens en masse can only be used to violate our civil rights and freedoms. It constitutes an illegal search, it undermines our right of peaceful assembly, and it promotes a culture of guilt by association. Such a system inherently operates under a guilty-until-proven-innocent model. Tracking the movements of citizens in any way can only be destructive to the very freedoms this government was founded to protect. Stop the DHS from violating our fundamental human rights. Keep this The Land Of The Free.
