Stop the Deportation of Cambodian Refugees

Created by F.V. on July 28, 2014

Cambodian refugees that arrived in the USA as children and currently detained by ICE are being deported due to certain Convictions. These people are Americans not Cambodian, they were raised in the American Culture and do not know their homeland, the Khmer language and most have children and parents that are US Citizens. Their removal to Cambodia is Cruel and Unusual Punishment, not only to the individual but also to their families, additionally this should be considered Double Jeopardy since they already served their sentences. Their Human and Civil rights are being violated. The USA accepted them as refugees and should not deport them. Their Civil rights to freedom are being infringed upon. And will most likely end up in torture or even death at the hands of the Cambodian People.
