Stop the deportation of non-felonious immigrants and return Juan Jose Andrade Mercado to his American family.

Republican inaction on immigration reform is hurting my family and millions of other families like mine. Stop unfair deportations of family members without due process. My son-in-law, who has been in this country since he was a teenager, was racially profiled, stopped, and arrested in the small town of Fincastle, VA. In just a matter of weeks, he was dropped in a Mexican border town without ever having appeared in front of a judge and without signing a voluntary removal document. These types of deportations are happening at a rate of 1,100 per day and must be stopped! Return Juan Jose Andrade Mercado to his American wife and children! Now is the time to fix our broken immigration laws. We can't wait any longer.
