Stop the D.E.W. (directed energy weapon) human experimentation by the C.I.A. and/or Pentagon on unwilling U.S. citizens.

The C.I.A. and/or Pentagon is currently experimenting on unwilling U.S. citizens with D.E.W. (directed energy weapons). These weapons are both land and satellite based. They are silent and invisible to the human senses, and therefore not easily detectable. These weapons are not benign. They cause physical pain, head pain, sickness, irregular and/or rapid heartbeats. These weapons have the potential to cause permanent physical damage and death. They employ laser technology that enables their operators to target specific individuals, even when the targeted individual is in close proximity to others.
