DHS has bought over 3+ billion rounds of ammunition and over 7,000 rifles. They have refused to speak on why they need so much ammunition, even to congress. They have enough to fund a WAR for 23 years and still aren't done buying. Because of all the buying, there has been a nation-wide shortage. It is enabling us Americans from buying it and also hurting the ammunition manufacturers. MAKE DHS STOP
