Stop DHS (DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN SERVICES) from taking children from good mothers and to give mothers their children back!!

DHS in Philadelphia is a corrupted system. They say that they are for families but they are not. They are liars and they legal kidnap children and places them in worse situations then help the parent with their children. They lie to the judges and parents loses their children. My child, Victoriana Holloway was a very happy child with her mother. But when she was taken by DHS due to jealousy it end and even though I've done all they asked me to they still took my child. My civil rights were violated by not being heard in court and receiving proper services from DHS and being slandered in court. How can they get away taking children who have loving parents that love them? Help me get these children who was taken from good parents back!
