The DHS wants to remove the Fourth Amendment from the boarders of the United States. The boarders are to a 100-mile radius inland. The problem is that this does not have and effect on the rest of the country. This will allow a breech in the Fourth Amendment and tarnish the rights of the Constitution. It will allow people to search one's electronical history without a warrant.
