Stop discharging military service members that want to remain in the military and discharge the people who want out.

Created by E.S. on February 20, 2012

Every year thousands of United States Military Service Members are caused to be discharged from the military before the end of their contract, or are not allowed to reenlist, due to such programs as the Enlisted Review Board and Perform to Serve.

Many extremely well performing personnel that would otherwise stay in the military until retirement are lost to these programs, undermining the morale and effectiveness of our nations military.

Meanwhile, service members who desire separation and perform the bare minimum simply to wait until discharge have their discharge requests denied because they don't meet the stringent requirements for voluntary separation.

Allow people who want a discharge to get out, and keep the best we have, by letting the ones who desire to stay, remain.
