To stop discriminating against gay men wanting to donate blood or plasma.

Created by A.M. on December 05, 2012

Gay men have not been allowed to donate blood since 1976 out of the fear of HIV. Gay men are no longer the highest group of people infected, and are proactive in stopping the spread of this disease. The Centers for Disease Control & The Federal Government needs to reexamine this policy that discriminates against an entire group of people. HIV is not a gay disease.
