Stop discriminating taxation of Tobacco Users

We respectfully request that the US and state governments STOP unfairly and overtly unfairly taxing tobacco users who are taxed for tobacco products in this country at OVER twice the amount that any other good is taxed in this country. It is not the governments right to try and stop it's citizens from freely exercising their right to use tobacco products under the guise of health reasons and inflaming the public at large through misinformation on the use and disease rates of tobacco rates, to manipulate citizens into unfairly punishing and discriminating against smokers in ANY venue be it health care, taxes or social places and the work place banning of allotted areas for smoking.
