Millions of non-US workers in the US are highly discriminated regarding US job opportunities, bargain, legal status, even in the research sector (e.g. post-docs), financial aid programs and grants, and in their pursuit of happiness, the rights proclaimed in the constitution, and even the right to reference it! Imagine that!
For most of them the US is already their home country: they live and work here and are part of it! Most are truly Americans just like us! Let's not do this to our own people!
Though working so hard they're still devoid of a legal status to stay, or may not stay indefinitely! They would be of even higher value to the U.S. if they were eligible to fair job opportunities, programs and naturalization!
We need to stop to abuse their natural rights NOW and grow further!
