Currently people with visible tattoos and piercings can be and are discriminated against because of their choice to decide how they look. Companies should not be allowed to discriminate against people because of their personal choice to get tattoos or piercings, provided the visible tattoos are not in themselves discriminatory toward others. Body modification is a personal choice just as Religion is and should not be able to be discriminated against.
