Stop Discrimination Against Those With Tattoos In The Workplace

It has been proven over many years that the way someone looks on the outside does not dictate their character in any way. We have been taught since we were children to not judge a book by its cover. Why then, is it still considered acceptable to deny someone a position in employment because of the tattoos that they have chosen to express themselves? Having a tattoo does not suddenly make a person irresponsible or less qualified, and therefore should not be a feasible reason for denying someone employment. In fact, doing so should be considered nothing less than discrimination and should be completely prohibited. Tattoo acceptance in the workplace is a matter of civil liberty that should not be denied to us any longer
