Stop the discrimination of DoD Contractors…Over the past several months DoD Contracting is Forcing Salaries on DOD Contracts that are NOT in value of their Education or expertise. DoD Contracting Offices are allowing LMCO and other Contractors full rate compensation while DoD Contractors are being discriminating against by direct salary cuts!!! DoD Contractors DO not add but enhance Government Capability due to our DoD Knowledge and expertise. We do not obtain “Retirement” as Government Workers. Yet Government SES’s and GS’s personnel retain their salary and retirement benefits but do not have the Military Expertise or the knowledge needed to add the capability needs of the Military. Without the DoD Contractors the Military would be NOTHING!!!!!!!! Stop the Discrimination!!! All Services
