Stop Discrimination HB426 and HB427 which enact law allowing discrimination based on Sexual Orientation in Idaho.

Created by M.L. on February 04, 2014

These two House Bills in Idaho would allow for discrimination against Homosexuals by employers, business's. It would also allow medical providers to refuse care to those that are homosexual or unwed mothers. This is solely based on a religious stand point. If they are uncomfortable hiring, serving or providing care to homosexuals they are allow to refuse. This is the first step in legislating discrimination in the united states and in Idaho. Please help protect the rights of women and the LGBT community in Idaho.
