Stop the discriminatory practice of considering "marriage status" and end "marriage benefits" in IRS and Federal taxes.

Created by B.I. on March 15, 2013

"Married" status affords preferential IRS and federal tax incentives. Not all Americans are allowed to obtain this status. Considering marriage status and providing tax incentives for married couples should be considered discriminatory until ALL Americans are afforded the right to obtain such status. Otherwise, marriage status should not be considered in calculating taxes.
