Stop the DoD from ruining the lives of 659 families overseas, by changing the LQA allowance rule in the DSSR.

Hundreds impacted now, thousands soon – standing families, separating families, mental breakdowns, children distressed, special needs children at risk, probable bankruptcies, enormous foreign penalties imposed on some, careers ruined, lives ruined, significant physical, emotional, financial and work related impacts are but a few of the many effects created when DoD arbitrarily and capriciously re-interpreted and retroactively applied an LQA policy going back decades. It was a well planned and executed change, orchestrated by Acting Undersecretary of Defense for Personnel and Readiness, Jessica Wright to meet a financial political agenda.
