Stop doing background check its make it more hard for people to get a job or at least let us get a chance for employment

Let these places like Kmart ,dollar tree, target, walmart, goodwill give a chance to people with misdemeanor on their background to work but when you do the application for one of These places in you fill out the background part in explain it and then you get a interview and you get the job but when yo background check come back they tell you we can't hire you cause of your background it's to hard to find a job cause of some petty stuff for our past please help
