Stop donations larger than $500 from being made toward election campaigns and force those elected to report donations.

Created by J.J. on January 24, 2012

Donations or contributions to our elected officials should be reported and limited to $500 per person or corporation. The current system makes it so that one corporation can elect a Congressman and sway the votes he issues while elected. By limiting the maximum contribution to $500 it would prevent any one entity from electing a Congressman for their own personal gain and would allow the people to decide who should be elected.
