The United States allows the use of felony records long after the sentence was carried out. The issue with this is many people who have made a foolish mistake cannot find gainful employment and may be forced back into a life of crime. We ask that you create measures that make the use of a felony record after 4 years without any trouble from the law to be banned from the use on applications.
