specifically focusing on tribal areas in Pakistan, the terrorists target civilians because they have issues with local governments and describe civilian deaths as collateral. The drone attacks from US target terrorists and again there are civilian deaths which we describe as collateral damage. for local people the terrorists and US drones are the same. the fact is that innocent people/children die or get serious injuries that lead to disabilities. it will be a good idea to send a team to local hospitals there and see how many helpless children have suffered.
