The process of stopping Drunk Driving--saving 10,000lives every year--by making it mandatory to remove all parking lots from all small business that serve alcohol and do not serve food. The second step is to close all parking lots at small business's that serve food and alcohol during high volume traffic nights/days. Thus, saving 132 Billion dollars every year that America spends on Drunk Driving and saving 10,000 lives every year. Saving millions of people affected by this disaster with mental health issues--depression, suicide ideation--as well as, the authorities mental health issues from first responding at these accidents. Saving thousands form loss limbs and brain injury's yearly. Calling parking lots at bars that do not serve food "A Weapon Of Mass Destruction."
