Duke Energy is a power company that has been a MONOPOLY in the south east long enough. They constantly raise their rates whenever they can find an excuse. The people living in the SOUTHEAST are helpless. Because there are no other power companies to turn too. They hold us hostage to their already UNAFFORDABLE RATES. We are powerless to stop them because our families can not go without power. It is time for this MONOPOLY to be regulated.
