Stop the economic discrimination 400000 +/- Georgians can't get healthcare because of no increase in the Medicaid rolls.

In the state of Georgia our governor decided that we did not need to increase the Medicaid rolls. Due to this fact +/- 400000 people who live in Georgia who are eligible for it through the Affordable Care Act can not get it since they make to much to be eligible for Medicaid in Georgia and not enough to get the tax incentives from the Affordable care Act. In our case my husband gets $1394 from Social Security Disability and won't be eligible for Medicare till he has been on it for 2 years and lost his Medicaid when he went off SSI. He has been referred for a liver transplant but has no insurance his meds are close to $4000 and he has no insurance. Help those of us that fell through the cracks.
