Squandered the budget by giving huge equivocal subsidies to members of their criminal clique and by immersing themselves in luxury – from a top class auto park and a pure gold toilet up to well-known Mezhyhirya residence of impregnable fortress type, such pocket politicians began to ask for money also from the outside world, including IMF (about USD 15 billions allocated just during 2010-2012), World Bank and EU (about EUR 15 billion allocated during 1991-2013) under the pretext of the aid for structural transformation, modernization and economic reforms actually achieving a result of the fall in GDP growth from average annual +22 per cent in 2000-2009 down to about and already lower zero per cent in 2012-2013.
