I an creating this Petition after my outrage viewing ABC World News segment on the torcher of autistic children in our schools. Small padded rooms where the children are locked in . Electiric Shock Therapy being used. This is unacceptable !
We don't allow shock therapy on our prisoners and we should not allow it to be used on innocent children .We have an obligation to stop the unfettered use of shock therapy on a very vulnerable group of disabled children.
The government has a fundamental duty to protect vulnerable populations. The Government has a moral imperative to address this issue once and for all.
