The purpose of this petition is to not only spread the awarness of electronic harrasment and covert surveillance, But to organize a crimminal investigation unit that has extensive knowlegde in the electronic aspects of torture from long distances such as space, where private companys have access to satellite weaponry and other military based equipment. These weapons are highly dangerous and float above the average citizens head on a daily basis. We the people need to form a petition on these isolated torture events before these dangerous weapons once again cripple the nation.
