Permanently, or ban subsequent accounts, without taking legal proceedings against the account holder through courts within the merchants state so the seller/merchant is within means to fight the destruction of there lives, the closer of there businesses, the beginning of starvation, loss of education and poverty for there young children a;; because a computer generated code decided without a human even checking, many people make a living online and these large corporations like GOOGLE & EBAY should follow the law and pay for there crimes.
