Eminent Domain is unconstitutional and unethical in a Country that prides on being free! Yes the taker must make a reasonable offer before being able to enlist Eminent Domain. But believe they should be required to make a flat rate offer 50 percent over appraised value at the least and land owner should still have the right to counter offer or decline all together. In some cases where it was a farm or land passed down by many generations in the family where you cant put a price on giving that up, so what right do they have just deciding they can take it! Its time the American people have a right to overrule the state or federal government over just taking what they want! Lets take a stand on stopping the use of Eminent Domain.
