We the people of Illinois and the United States feel that emission test should be abandoned. Several poor people can't afford car repairs especially the way the economy is with no jobs and try to make a living with family. I believe that it's horrible if you fail emission test you should still be able to receive a plate sticker instead of receiving parking tickets and trying to get your vehicle fixed its cost a lot of money. Please support this petition so we can remove emission test.
