Stop employers from accessing your finacial records and dening employment based on applicates hardship.

I believe it is against applicants right to privacy and cause denial of good applicants without just cause. That in my cause my husband had no life insurance and no means for me to pay his debt. That to save my home had to file to protect the shelter of my children and believe just ecause someone has to file chapter 13 doesnt mean they cant be a good employee. That this and back ground checks should be limited to high areas of security risk like goverment buildings, banks and areas of high threats not everyday employers this has gone to far. Applicates are being passed over because of this.
