Stop Employers From Discriminating Against Tattoos and Piercings. Self Expression is Frredom and a Right.

Employers are given the right to not hire based on whether an individual has body modifications. Yet the employer can not infringe upon constitutional rights? They can not dis rinse against sex,race or religion. The ability to be tattooed is a form of speech, expression and happiness. Tattoos are no longer taboo, it is an art and should be excepted and protected by this nation. Tattooed employees are no different, in some cases they may be more educated and more willing to work. Position filling should be based on training, education not appearance. Any form of discrimination and or segregation is illegal. Yet it continues to exist in more ways than just sexual preference, race, sex, or religion.
