I've been searching for a job for years now with no luck. I'm young, no job experience. This has been my issue with getting a job is I have zero work experience.
As a government you need to step up and make laws against this. This is stopping people around my age (21) from getting a livable job.
Please step up and do whats right for the working people. We are tired of being told no because we haven't worked long enough to prove who we are. That is not a freedom, that is being judgmental and not giving anyone a fair chance. I've only had very few interviews out of over 900+ applications. All of these resulted in me not being looked into because of my experience, or not even being qualified due to the lack of experience.
