Once an individual who has been convicted on a non-violent, non-fradualent crime has served his/her time, he/she should not be branished with a scarlet letter by society or employers. Upon release from incarceration, individuals who have paid their debt to society should not be automatically denied employment. To do so, sends a message that once a criminal, always a criminal, and leaves such individuals with little choice but to return to a life of crime. Stop this systemic problem. Let President Obama know, that we the people do not support, government or employer fueled discrimination against non-violent, non-fradulent ex-offenders
