Stop employment at will, preventing employers from terminating employment without probable causes.

I start this petition on behalf of all citizen, especially minorities, who have been discriminating against on the basis of race, national origin, sexual orientation & gender. Too often employers violate the rights of honorable employees under false pretext, "Employment at will". There should be minimum employment guarantee under federal laws that protect people from unfair treatments of employers. FEDERAL FAIR LABOR ACT should be enacted and implemented nation wide.
