Enbridge Energy from Alberta, Canada is taking a bad step by increasing the flow of tar sands oil in Pipeline 61 also called the Alberta Clipper. Enbridge is doing more than an upgrade, as the flow rate of 1.2 million barrels per day is terribly dangerous and needs environmental review. Minnesota and Wisconsin are in grave danger of high pressure breaks that release toxic chemicals and tar sands oil into the environment.
