Stop enforcement of Federal Taxes against Citizens whose Representative/Senator haven't voted on a budget.

Created by M.K. on January 18, 2013

A petition asking the President to issue an Executive Order confirming there shall be no enforcement of any law requiring any U.S. citizen-of an electoral district whose Representative or Senator has not proposed, debated, or voted upon a budget for the operation of the federal government-to pay any federal tax until a budget is proposed, debated, voted upon and approved in accord with the Constitution; and, that there shall be no retroactive enforcement of any such law after a budget is so agreed. Should this add to debts and deficits, nothing in the Executive Order shall prohibit the recovery by the U.S. government of the amounts accrued from the political party to which the Rep./Sen. belongs and if such party be insolvent from the fed. monies that would go to the Rep./Sen.'s district.
