Under the 10th Amendment, powers not delegated to the federal government are left to the states to decide. Nowhere in the Constitution does it mention marijuana being a federal issue, so it is a state issue. Respect the 10th Amendment and the voice of the people in Colorado and Washington who have decided to send the message that they are fed up with this costly and pointless War on Drugs.
